We recognize that unforeseen circumstances can arise. To cancel an appointment, we request at least 48 hours' notice by texting or calling 682-730-2810. Clients who cancel within this timeframe will not incur charges. However, for cancellations made without 48 hours' notice or for no-show appointments, there will be a 100% charge based on the scheduled services for that day.
